Answer to Question 1

Impression management refers to the process of how people actively try to control how others perceive them by changing their behavior to correspond to an ideal of what they believe others will find most appealing.

Answer to Question 2

Ecosabotage is action taken by concerned groups and individuals usually directed against the efforts of corporations thought to be legally harming the environment. The actors in ecosabotage risk arrest, fines, jail time, and even death from the efforts they make. Their efforts damage equipment and add expense to a company's business to provide added security, replace damaged goods, pay premium wages to workers endangered by ecobsaboteurs, added costs to down time, legal fights, and so on. The end result is higher prices passed along to the consumer.
