Structured  our actions are influenced by norms and values and are generally predictable and orderly; social  we aren't alone, we are part of families and groups; interactions  we behave in relation to others.

Answer to Question 2

We interact with others, and follow certain conventions that are accepted by almost everyone. Those conventions become social reality.
