You are called for an elderly man who is not acting right. The man's son says that they were just leaving for a short vacation but grandpa is sick and needs to go to the hospital. During your assessment, you notice numerous bed sores on the patient's backside and bruises on his arms and legs. Other than his physical condition, he appears to be okay. You should:
