A 3-year-old and his brother were walking along a frozen irrigation ditch. The 3-year-old tried to retrieve a dropped toy and fell through the ice. He is apneic and pulseless with fixed, dilated pupils. No one knows how long he was underwater. ECG shows asystole. You should:
