When multiple agencies are involved in an incident, your press release should:
 
  a. include quotes from all agencies.
  b. speculate what other agencies might say about the incident.
  c. limit statements to information specific to your agency, unless release is a joint release between all agencies involved.
  d. always include a quote from the CEO.
