  The emergency room nurse administered a medication to a patient at 3:25 AM. He is supposed to record the time using international time. What should he record as the time of administration?

  A nurse who was assisting with the delivery of a baby noticed that the child was delivered at 12:10 PM. How should she note that time in the medical records if she is supposed to report the time using international time?
