An infusion pump is to be used to administer 1550 units/hr of heparin from a solution of 500 mL D5W with 35000 units. Calculate the flow rate in mL/hr.

Dopamine is ordered to be administered IV at the initial rate of 5 mcg/kg/min., and may increase by 1 mcg/kg/min. to a maximum of 10 mg/kg/min. The solution is mixed 400 mg Dopamine in 250 mL normal saline. The client weighs 50 kg.
 
  Calculate the initial flow rate in mL/hr and construct a titration table for this order.
