a. 16 oz = 1 lb 4 oz = 0.25 lb = 0.3 lb
2 lb = 1 kg
10.3 lb  2.2 = 4.68 = 4.7 kg
b. 4.7 kg  30 mg/kg/24hr = 141 mg/24 hr
4.7 kg x 50 mg/kg/24hr = 235 mg/24hr
The dosage range 141 to 235 mg/day.
c. 141 mg  4 = 35.25 = 35.3 mg q6h
235 mg  4 = 58.75 = 58.8 mg q6h
The divided dosage range is 35.3 to 58.8 mg q6h.
d. No. The dosage is 62.5 mg  4 = 250 mg/day. It exceeds the safe dosage range of 141 to 235 mg/day. Notify the prescriber.
