Which one of the following problems is most likely to be solved with a heuristic rather than an algorithm?
 
  a. Calculating the volume of a cylinder
  b. Peacefully resolving an argument
  c. Finding the word antonym in the dictionary
  d. Locating books about spiders in the school library
