Answer to Question 1

The classroom teacher, the parents of the disabled student, and specialists in the education of exceptional children work together to prepare the IEP.

Answer to Question 2

Some of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor capabilities called for in writing and performing a musical play are
Cognitive domain: writing dialogue that is meaningfully related to the story's plots and subplots (comprehension), arranging scenes in logical order (analysis), and memorizing lines (knowledge)
Affective domain: attending to flyers that call for participants (receiving), trying out for and accepting the roles that are assigned (responding), and believing that musical plays are meaningful forms of entertainment and social commentary (valuing).
Psychomotor domain: attending to the positions of other actors during a scene to determine where onstage one should be (perception), emulating the acting/singing demonstrations of the director (guided response), and singing on pitch almost all of the time (mechanism)
