The behavioral theories of leadership:
 
  A. Were developed by observing people considered to be good leaders to see what behaviors they exhibited.
   B. Were unsuccessful because behaviors are even more difficult to measure than traits.
   C. Identified only one leadership behavior that was effective in all situations.
   D. Concluded that traits are more important to good leadership than behaviors.
