You have recently been promoted to district manager of a large scale restaurant chain which specializes in affordable meals in a pleasant environment.

Responses will vary and most any response will be correct; however, responses which include discussion regarding face-to-face interactions between the author and the restaurant managers should be viewed as the strongest as those are using channel richness most effectively.
