Answer to Question 1

Many presenters now use PowerPoint presentations instead of strictly verbal talks. Previously, a presenter took multiple paper copies of his/her presentation to distribute to those who requested a copy. Now presenters may distribute a CD or a DVD, or they give a web address where the attendees can go to download the paper.

Answer to Question 2

An ill-structured problem is vaguely stated, involves unclear solution procedures, and possesses vague evaluation standards.
