Whether or not they engage other workers in ethical debates, managers model through their own actions what they believe is right and wrong behavior. Managers have the responsibility to manage the organization's moral values in all the decisions they make. Managers are in a position to challenge values that are contrary to moral standards. The Bible clearly supports this assumption.
