Answer to Question 1

Patience-urgency: Leaders have a sense of urgency about pursuing the vision so that no opportunity goes unused. This focuses their minds on the top priorities. At the same time, leaders need a degree of patience with the process and the people they are leading.
Leadership weaknesses: It is one of the paradoxes of life that good leaders rise to the top in
spite of their weaknesses, while bad leaders rise because of their weaknesses.
Clearness of vision-flexibility: Leaders who are clear in their expression of the organizational vision will garner support for the vision. However, clearness of vision creates rigidity and may be impractical for implementation.
