Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

The discrepancy model of job satisfaction is based on a simple idea: To determine how satisfied a worker is with his or her job, and how he or she compares the job to some ideal job. This ideal job could be what one thinks the job should be like, what one expected the job to be like, what one wants from a job, or what one's former job was like. According to the discrepancy model of job satisfaction, when an employee's expectations about the ideal job are high, and when these expectations are not met, he or she will be dissatisfied.
