Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

Work attitudes are collections of feelings, beliefs, and thoughts that people hold about how to behave in their jobs and organizations. Job satisfaction is the collection of feelings and beliefs that people have about their current jobs. Organizational commitment is the collection of feelings and beliefs that people have about the organization as a whole.

Both job satisfaction and organizational commitment are work attitudes, and work attitudes are made up of three components:
The affective component is the worker's feelings about his or her job.
The cognitive component is the worker's beliefs about the job or organization.
The behavioral component is the worker's thoughts about how to behave in his or her job or organization.
Each component of a work attitude influences and tends to be consistent with the other components.
