Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Telecommuting or teleworking is the practice of using communication technology to perform work from remote locations, such as one's home. Although it was experimental at the end of the twentieth century, it is becoming increasingly common today, and estimates show that as many as 14 million American workers telecommute on a regular basis. Both employers and employees enjoy the benefits of telecommuting. Employees save time and money by not having to commute to work, arrange for childcare, or purchase workplace attire and meals on the job. Employers can save millions of dollars in expenses for office facilities, have access to talented workers across the globe, and comply with government regulations (such as the Federal Clean Air Act of 1990, which required employers to reduce the number of work-related trips made by employees).
