A research study found that the multiple correlation (R) of three variables (SAT, HS rank, and HS GPA) with freshman college GPA was .60 . The researcher would report that

At the end of the study, the researcher found that the experimental group had lost more weight. The researcher concluded that the experimental treatment was more effective than diet alone.
