Answer to Question 1

Organizations send a push report to users according to a preset schedule. Users receive
the report without any activity on their part. In contrast, users must request a pull report. To
obtain a pull report, a user goes to a Web portal or digital dashboard and clicks a link or button to
cause the reporting system to produce and deliver the report.
