Answer to Question 1

Web sites should provide easy navigation for users to find their way (and back). They should provide feedback about where the users are on the site, and offer help features. Further, features such as one-click ordering, offering a variety of payment methods, or order tracking can increase the perceived functional convenience of a Web site.

Answer to Question 2

D
