A sample answer is: The safety of cloud computing as compared to in-house network computing depends on the security implemented both at the corporation and at the service provider. For example, the company will need to ensure secure procedures and make sure that employees have secure passwords and access levels. The cloud service provider should use encryption for all data, at a minimum. Clients should make sure that the service provider complies with local privacy rules, external security audits and certifications, and provides proof of encryption mechanisms.
