Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Because ERP systems are so knowledge intensive, it is important that those who are expert in using the system be prepared to transfer their knowledge to the rest of the organization. It is safe to assume that some people will leave during the project and may be taking crucial knowledge of the processes and the new system. Also, if many external consultants are involved it is crucial to transfer their knowledge to IT staff and users as much as possible. All of this should be explicitly spelled out in the knowledge management plan.
