Answer to Question 1

Coding is the realization of analysis and design: no code means no software. On the other hand, coding without robust analysis and design cannot lead to quality software. Both sides of the equation are equally important. Code is the brick and the mortar of a software product. High-quality software cannot result from low-quality code. Coding follows and depends on physical design. In turn, coding might force the physical design to change if it shows that certain design concepts are defective, missing, or ignorant of technological realities. As important as analysis and design are, coding should not be taken for granted. High-quality software cannot result from low-quality code.

Answer to Question 2

TRUE
