The intent behind 4G is to provide mobile data services that have end-to-end QoS (Quality of Service), high security, low latency, and always on availability. Types of services supported include wireless broadband access, multimedia messaging, video chat, video streaming, mobile TV, gaming, texting, and of course voice communications.
