Answer to Question 1

With Bluejacking, someone you do not know may send your Bluetooth phone contact information or text messages that you may inadvertently add to your phone's electronic address book. If this data is unintentionally added to your list of contacts, messages from that unknown user could be automatically opened because to your Bluetooth phone the message is from a known source. Bluesnarfing is perhaps more dangerous in that it allows an unauthorized user, or hacker, to remotely access your Bluetooth phone to make calls, send messages, or change data on your phone that you may not be aware of.

Answer to Question 2

First, a message sent to the user, whether fax, voice, or e-mail, is placed in the appropriate e-mail server's message space. For organizations using traditional PBX voice systems, voice messages from the PBX are copied to a UM storage location. Finally, all messages are ultimately routed to the user's e-mail inbox. In this scenario, all messages, regardless of their source, are ultimately digitized.
