Are the applications online real-time, 24/7 as they say, or are they batched? Based on business requirements, what bandwidth and transmission issues need to be addressed? Will there be a need for remote accessibility? What size budget is available? Will there be a qualified staff to support the network? Does management understand the types of resources the network might require, and is management willing to support those needs? Do any regulatory issuescity, state, county, national, and/or internationalneed to be addressed?
