Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Protocol is a set of rules that determine how something is performed or accomplished. Many kinds of protocols rule our daily lives, some formal, some casual. When a customer goes into a bank to make a transaction, protocol states that the customer politely wait in line until it is his or her turn to speak with a teller.
