Areas include intellectual property law, patent law, copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law, law of licensing, and law of unfair competition dealing with counterfeiting and piracy.

Answer to Question 2

Simulation, distance learning, class meetings, exploration, visualization, imaginative scenarios, and information dissemination are seven uses of virtual worlds to facilitate learning.
