Question 2

A general education teacher will not allow an ELL student who has a learning disability to use a bilingual dictionary even though it is written in the child's IEP. The teacher voiced that this was not an accommodation and it was helping the student too much. What could you say to the teacher to explain to her that she has to allow the student to use a bilingual dictionary?
