Some questions that can be used when assessing an organization's culture include: 1) Are risk and change encountered? 2) What is the informal chain of command? 3) What is the formal chain of command (not colloquial chain of command) ? 4) What are the rules about how things should be done? and 5) Are the organization's values consistent with your values?
