A nurse is involved in an ethical decision-making process involving a client who does not wish to have blood products delivered to her because of her religion.
 
  Her lab values are dangerously low and without the blood, the client is likely to go into shock. The nurse at the ethics committee meeting states that the client should have the blood regardless of her reasons as without it she may die. The committee should act disregarding the client's wishes as she doesn't know what is best for her. This represents what kind of fallacy?
