Answer to Question 1

Correct Answer: 3, 4, 5

The Just Culture model focuses on a balance of three duties with organizational and individual values. The model is based on the premise that staff working in an organization has a duty to avoid causing risk or harm, a duty to produce an outcome, and a duty to follow procedural rules. Reporting errors and supporting autonomy are not duties within the Just Culture model.

Answer to Question 2

Correct Answer: 2

The NSNA is the National Student Nurses' Association. ANA is the American Nurses Association, and CNA is the Canadian Nurses Association. NLN is the National League for Nursing.
