Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

In a non-democracy, individuals and the groups in the society are subject to the hierarchical authority of the state and they lack the opportunity to hold the rulers accountable.
The leadership selection and deselection in a non-democratic regime is done by a selectorate, a small subset of national population. The relationship between the selectorate and the leadership reflects reciprocal accountability, which means that the selectorate chooses and removes leadership, and the leadership also selects and removes members of the selectorate. Neither the selectorate nor the leaders possess definitive political authority.

Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
