Answer should include: A focus on individual subject behavior has enabled behavior analysts to discover and refine effective interventions for a range of socially significant behavior. The most useful information about a treatment is how individuals who have come in contact with it are affected by it. Information on group performance averages does not provide useful information for developing behavior change interventions.
