ANSWER:
The prices have increased, there is greater emphasis on figurative works, artists are more adept and confident working with more than one material, and artists are creating art that represents social problems to raise awareness about the subject matter.

ANSWER:
It should be creative, produce emotion, be transformative, communicate, and show skill.
