Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
Assisting the client to proper posture is helpful to regain/maintain ADLs and joint mobility. Osteoarthritis can make it difficult to stand upright. Bending, watching your own feet, or closing your eyes will not assist in proper posture.

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
Answer D best reflects an acknowledgment that Mr. C likely has both the skills and strategies to address his problem. Answers A, B, and C are less holistic in approach and would not be the nurse's initial response to the situation.
