Diabetes and benign prostatic hypertrophy would have the least effect on Mr. Minor's rehabilitation plan. Musculoskeletal concerns and cardiovascular and respiratory problems would be of the most concern, along with renal, mental status, and perception changes.

A
Nausea and dyspnea are symptoms that can signal decreased myocardial blood flow and MI. Constipation (response B), intense hunger (response C), and joint pain (response D) are not documented as alternative presentations of chest pain.
