Answer to Question 1

D
Motivation is an individualized desire to make a change. The issues motivating older adults to change may be as different as the individuals themselves. Factors can be external, such as family pressure, or internal, such as the desire to look better or live longer.

Answer to Question 2

C
Responses A, B, and D are correct areas to address. Antiretroviral therapy does not cure genital herpes.
