Four factors affecting a researcher's choice of a field research site are containment, richness, unfamiliarity, and suitability. Discuss what each means and its importance to the field research.

containment - bounded space is easier to maintain research design and focus richness - overlapping webs of social relations among people with a constant flow of activities and diverse events. unfamiliarity - a new setting, a researcher can more quickly see cultural events and relations in a setting that is new to her.
suitability - practicality of the site, considering researcher time, and skills
