Saudi Arabia is the world's largest exporter of oil, but not all countries in North Africa and Southwest Asia export oil. Among the countries that do not export oil, Israel has the most balanced and wealthy economic sector, but other countries like Turkey have economies based on agriculture and manufacturing.
