Forming is the introductory stage of team formation. Storming is the interaction among team members that may be volatile or when a team lacks unity. Goals and objectives begin to develop in the storming phase. Norming is when a team begins to stabilize and roles become apparent. Performing is when the team achieves its full potential. Adjourning is the disbanding of the team due to project completion.
