Doppler effect is a change in the frequency of a sound, light or other wave caused by the movement of
the waves source relative to the observer.



Answer to Question 2

Average global temperature will rise everywhere but the greatest warming will be in the higher
latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere. This is already being seen.
