Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Fluids can either enter or leave the metamorphic rock, for example due to hydration or dehydration reactions. Fluids can deliver or remove dissolved ions. Fluids can make metamorphic reactions occur faster and more easily. The fluids can originate within the parent rock or introduced into the metamorphic environment.
