ANS: B
Raw  CL = 1 time constant. This is 0.06 second in this problem. One time constant multiplied by 5, or 0.30 second, should be the inspiratory time setting for this patient.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
Raw  CL = 1 time constant. This is 0.18 sec in this problem. One time constant multiplied by 5, or 0.90 second, should be the inspiratory time setting for this patient.
