The suit could be brought against the physician for negligence for ordering the overdose, against the nurses and the respiratory therapist for failing to recognize that the dose was incorrect for the child, and, possibly, against the pharmacist for failing to gain adequate information as to the na-ture of the patient so that an appropriate dosage could be calculated.
