During infant ventilation with the CareFusion AVEA Ventilator and the Cosmo Plus Monitor, the readings on the Cosmo Plus Monitor have blanked out. What is the cause of this problem?

One of the concerns with the use of the Cosmo Plus is that the readings become blanked out when water condensation accumulates in the device.
