Answer to Question 1

A
Maintain the neonate's normal body temperature to avoid compromising its oxygenation. Avoid having the neonate either too cool or too warm. Bilirubin lights have no effect on oxygenation. Inhaled oxygen should be humidified to avoid the drying of secretions.

Answer to Question 2

A
When a lung abscess is caused by an anaerobic pathogen, clindamycin is prescribed as the standard treatment.
