Answer to Question 1

You should anticipate questions you may be asked in interviews and prepare how you will respond to them. Questions about your strengths, your weaknesses, and what made you choose to apply for a position at a particular company are pretty standard. You do not need to answer the question asking how many sick days you took last year. Since this question concerns your medical health it is protected by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Answer to Question 2

This statement represents bargaining. The person wants to see one more significant event. The family feels that their loved one has hope but also that he or she is considering that the end is near.
