Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

A
Feedback:
Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) disputes irrational beliefs and accentuates rational and positive behaviors; the principles of REBT are people are accepted unconditionally and nothing is awful or terrible, even though it may be frustrating and difficult. The goal of transactional analysis is to teach people to react in ways that produce positive responses from others, rather than hostility. The use of role-playing (psychodrama) offers many people, especially children and adolescents, the opportunity to release emotions. The one-to-one setting provides a therapeutic, nonthreatening environment in which clients are encouraged to express concerns and feelings and to indicate how staff can be most helpful.

It is not a straight line, but "zig-zags" around various island chains. Therefore, Samoa and nearby islands have one date, while American Samoa and nearby islands are one day behind. Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
